4. Customer Preparation
1) Power supply – capacity greater than 40KVA, 3-phase 5-wire, 220/380VAC, 50Hz.

2) Nitrogen – high-purity nitrogen with a purity of 99.999%, operating pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa, and a supply flow rate of 2–6 m3/h.
3) Hydrogen – Pressure: 0.1 to 0.3 MPa, Supply Flow: 2 to 6 m3/h.
4) Cooling water – clean and non-corrosive, water temperature below 25°C, supply flow rate ≥ 0.5m3/h, customers need to use open water return system.


5. Installation and usage conditions for the equipment
1) The device must be installed indoors, in an environment with a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C, and free from flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
2) The equipment must occupy at least 8 square meters of space, with a working area that is at least 3 meters long and 3 meters wide, and a height of at least 3 meters; the foundation must be solid and flat, and the total weight of the furnace is approximately 1100 kg.
3) The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase four-wire AC power line with a voltage of 380±10%V and a frequency of 50±2%Hz. This power line is dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as electric welding machines, electromechanical furnaces, and metal cutting machine tools should not be connected to this distribution system.
4) The equipment must be properly grounded.
5) The inlet pressure of the equipment should be between 0.2 and 0.4 Mpa.
6) The water supply pressure for the equipment should be between 0.1 and 0.3 Mpa.
